Course curriculum

Four weekly modules, with daily practice and feedback from trainers. Sessions are interactive — no pre-recorded videos.

Week 1

Sounds, stress and intonation; everyday phrases; self-introduction and small talk in real situations.

Week 2

Workplace vocabulary, formal vs informal tone, writing clear and polite emails, replying under time pressure.

Week 3

How to start a discussion, agree and disagree politely, summarise, present a point of view, handle tough questions.

Week 4

Structuring a 3-minute pitch, slide design basics, mock interviews with feedback, Q&A handling.
