Twenty-one hours — three hours a day for seven days — covering how you come across, how you look, how you handle pressure, and how you keep yourself together. Most people are surprised by how much changes.
Not a lecture on confidence. A week of actually practising it — on camera, in front of a trainer, day after day, until it stops feeling like effort.
Three hours a day, seven days running. Each day has one job, and each day ends with you having practised it rather than watched it.
Posture, eye contact, the handshake, walking into a room. Practised on camera with the trainer correcting you directly.
Wardrobe basics for interviews, offices and events — plus the social manners that make people comfortable around you.
How to sit, breathe and quiet your mind in ten minutes a day. Guided practice in the session, plus a routine you keep long after the course.
Planning your day and week, deciding what actually matters, and building habits that survive a bad week.
Understanding anger, anxiety and self-doubt — and the practical techniques for staying composed when you're put on the spot.
Email that reads well, meeting behaviour that gets noticed, and handling difficult conversations at work and in class.
Confidence drills, a self-introduction and interview simulation, and a personal plan for the weeks after the course ends.
Short exercises after each session. The trainer reviews what you submit and gives you personal feedback before the next class.

Students, fresh graduates and young professionals — anyone whose first impression matters and who wants to handle interviews, workplaces and social situations with more confidence. You do not need any prior experience of this kind of training. Most people arrive because they know something is off about how they come across, without being able to name it.
It is a serious commitment, and we won't pretend otherwise. What makes it work is that each day has one clear focus and lots of practice, so you finish each session having done something rather than having sat through something. If you can give us three hours a day for one week, this is where the change happens.
Yes — Day 3 is dedicated to meditation and breathwork. It's practical, not spiritual: how to sit, how to breathe, how to quiet your mind in ten minutes, and how to use that before an exam or an interview. You leave with a routine you can keep.
Live online, on Zoom or Google Meet. Because body language and grooming are visual subjects, we work with cameras on — that's what makes the trainer's feedback specific and useful to you.
English, with Hindi explanations wherever a concept is clearer that way. Both the trainer and the rest of the India Talent Pool team are bilingual — ask in whichever language you're comfortable with.

Write to theindiatalentpool1@gmail.com and we'll move you to the next batch where possible. The sessions are live and not recorded, so the honest advice is: if you can't give us the seven days, move to a batch that fits before you pay.
Live, in a small batch, with a trainer who tells you what to change rather than what to hope for. That is the whole programme.
Tell us your name and number. Our admissions team will call you back with the next batch date and the fee for this programme.
